Because of its light weight,high working speed,good wedging performance and compact structure,the wedge type one-way clutch was widely used in the mechanical transmission industry.In actual working conditions,the wedge of the core member of the wedge type one-way clutch played an important role in the overall wedge performance of the clutch.Thesis studied the wedge work profile and dynamic wedging performance of the wedge type one-way clutch.The details are as follows:(1)Compared the structural characteristics and performance of different types of one-way clutches.Based on the self-locking principle of the clutch and the wedging process,the wedge angle and the contact stress of the wedge type one-way clutch were derived and the conditions for self-locking need to be satisfied.It provided theoretical support for subsequent simulation optimization.(2)Based on the mathematical characteristics of the involute curve and the logarithmic spiral,an involute profile and a logarithmic spiral profile different from the eccentric arc profile are proposed.The involute profile and the logarithmic spiral profile were fitted to the work profile of the wedge using a non-linear curve fitting method.(3)A virtual model of different types of wedge-type one-way clutches was established.Three kinds of different types of wedge-type one-way clutch dynamic simulation analysis were performed using ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The contact stress and wedge relative displacement were respectively analysis of wedge performance of three types of wedge type one-way clutches.(4)Analyzed the principle of one-way clutch dynamic test.Based on the experimental platform,the output shaft speed qualitative test and the wedge relative displacement test during the wedging of wedge type one-way clutch were designed.Compared the test results with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the simulation results.The research work of this topic provided ideas for improving the wedging performance of wedge type one-way clutch in production practice,and at the same time,it provided atheoretical basis for the optimized design and manufacture of wedge type one-way clutch wedges.
