The distribution network system containing distributed generation can change the switch state and get a new distribution network structure to improve the power quality,which can reduce the line loss and improve the security and stability of the distribution network.But in the operation of distribution network,the influence of uncertain factors is usually received,including random fluctuation of load,random change of output power of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation.So,the research on the method of distribution network reconfiguration which including the distributed generation,and the probabilistic load flow calculation which was able to consider the affect by uncertain factors has a great significance.Firstly,the paper has introduced several common mathematical models of distributed generation,the stochastic characteristics of output and the power flow calculation model,and random load characteristics.The output power of distributed generation of wind power obeys Weibull distribution.The output power of distributed photovoltaic power generation obeys beta random distribution.The random characteristics of load obey normal distribution.According to the random characteristics of the load and the output power of distributed generation,the paper researches the probabilistic load flow calculation method based on the point estimation method to calculate the probability distribution of the voltage and the branch power flow.On this basis,the paper researches the method of distribution network reconfiguration with distributed generation.Due to the disadvantage of traditional genetic optimization algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the paper has proposed a new algorithm of hybrid genetic binary particle swarm optimization algorithm(HGABPSO).The HGABPSO algorithm takes the value of node voltage deviation,line loss and line load balance as the optimization goal,and then use the selection,crossover and mutation operation of the genetic optimization,the diversity population is obtained through global search,which is used as the initial optimization value.Finally,the optimized result is obtained by the binary particle swarm optimization.Finally,the HGABPSO algorithm is applied to the distribution network system of IEEE33 node system,and the result of the reconfiguration is compared with the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm.It is proved that the HGABPSO algorithm has better reconstruction results for the distribution network system including the distributed power supply.
