Gypsum cavity mold without girder floor is constructed as a whole cast hollow floor with precast gypsum cavity mold as permanent construction mold.This kind of floor compared to traditional flat slab floor has a small structure height,use function,low comprehensive cost,good sound insulation and heat insulation effect is good wait for an advantage,and widely used in office buildings,shopping malls and buildings,libraries,parks and other civil buildings,also apply to multilayer light industrial factory building,has high social value.However,the current technology is mature and is used for the actual engineering of gypsum hollow cavity mold without beam floor,which has a single double rib without girder roof,its grid structure is single,the structure is self-important,and the economic benefit is not obvious.Therefore,the research and development of new type,reasonable structure,mechanical performance is good,construction is convenient gypsum slab-column system grid structure was empty modes of this kind of floor system with rich structure is very necessary.Slab-column system of was based on the previous research results,with gypsum slab-column system topology optimization was empty anticross between the hidden,a new type of structure column cap-cantilever floor column without the slab-column system as the research object,through PKPM structure design software and finite element analysis software ABAQUS on its structure size design,static analysis,dynamic analysis and analysis of technical and economic indicators,to determine the hidden cap-cantilever floor column without the slab-column system is applied in practical engineering,the feasibility of such new type of phosphogypsum and empty anticross between superiority and inferiority of some flat slab-column system compared with the traditional floor.The main contents are as follows:(1)analysis of embedded column cap-cantilever floor column without the slab-column system structure model,starting from its structure characteristics analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its structure,and the type of floor structure size optimization of the specific size.(2)on the new type of phosphogypsum slab-column system elastic-plastic finite element analysis was empty modes,with 11? across different 22?,33? across to static analysis,the floor form respectively to get the deflection curve,stress and strain distribution,structure,trend of cracking and failure model of a crack.(3)The modal analysis and dynamic response analysis are carried out for the hidden column cap-cantilever slab column beam-free floor,in order to obtain the characteristics of the main modes of the structure in itssusceptible frequency range and the variation of its displacement and stress with time under the horizontal wind load.(4)through the above conclusion,the analysis in theory can hidden column cap-cantilever floor column without the slab-column system applied in engineering practice,and with traditional flat beam floor and a new type of new type of gypsum cavity die without beam floor,comparing the technical and economic index in the design analysis of the superiority and inferiority of some new type of hollow floor compared to traditional floor and a new type of new type of gypsum cavity die without beam floor.
