The 21 st century is the " ocean century".In order to focus on breaking through the key technologies that restrict China's ability to develop in the deep sea,the key special " deep sea key technologies and equipment" of the 13 th five-year plan issued by the Ministry of science and technology in February 2016 has attracted the attention of many domestic research institutions and universities.As one of the key technologies of the sea-wide deep sea equipment,the satellite positioning and communication system is especially important to ensure timely acquisition of the position information of the engineering equipment emerging from the sea surface so that the mother ship's personnel can complete the collection of the sea-wide deep sea equipment information and the recovery and maintenance of the equipment in a timely manner.At present,the international application of satellite navigation and positioning technology has penetrated into various aspects of national economy,social life and national security.it has been widely used in the fields of geographic data collection,high precision measurement,aviation navigation and personnel search and rescue,and is also an important strategic emerging industry in our country in the future.The purpose of this thesis is to design a positioning and communication system for deep sea equipment with large depth diving,long operation time and complicated sea conditions.the main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)According to the requirements of positioning and communication of the sea-wide deep ocean equipment,this paper expounds the research purpose and significance of designing Beidou marine positioning and communication system,and introduces the main application fields,research status quo and current international common marine positioning and communication technologies.(2)According to the real-time and precise requirements of positioning and short message communication for all-sea deep sea equipment,a detailed design scheme of Beidou marine positioning and communication system is formulated,i.e.based on Beidou dual-mode working mode,positioning is carried out by using rnss mode of satellite radio navigation service,and the position and information to be transmitted are sent to the mother ship or control center through rdss mode of satellite radio measurement service;(3)In order to meet the requirements of equipment operation in full-sea deep ocean engineering,it is proposed to use inclination angle,photosensitivity and temperature multi-sensor redundancy to realize all-weather effective detection of the operating environment of full-sea deep ocean equipment;Aiming at the positioning communication module that consumes the most energy,through the effective management of battery energy,an optimization mechanism of positioning information transmission using energy balance awareness is proposed,that is,the frequency of short message information transmission of the device is automatically adjusted according to the changes in the position of marine equipment,the current remaining battery capacity and the distance between the mother ship and the marine equipment.(4)A lower computer control system with MSP 430 f149 low power consumption single chip microcomputer as its core is designed to control the sleep and wake up of Beidou module and switch between rdss / rnss modes of Beidou system,thus completing the design and manufacture of the control circuit board;Visual basic 6.0 software was used to design the human-machine interaction interface,which effectively realized the display of positioning information and the configuration of positioning parameters.(5)The software and hardware of the positioning communication system of the sea-wide deep ocean equipment are adjusted together,and the positioning communication function of the system is tested.At the same time,the system performance has been tested and evaluated on land and in water pools,and the whole sea environment has been tested and evaluated.Compared with the previous marine positioning and communication system based on the combination of GPS and iridium satellites,the system adopts Beidou satellite system with independent intellectual property rights in our country.the positioning test and sea test results show that the designed system can accurately judge the working environment in which the marine equipment is located,complete the positioning of the equipment position and send the position information to the mother ship or control center in time,ensure the smooth recovery of the marine equipment in the sea,and effectively reduce battery energy consumption and realize short message information transmission.The system can also be adapted to other areas that cannot be covered by wireless and wired networks,and can realize positioning and communication only by satellite positioning communication devices,thus having strong popularization and application value.
