Micro grid is a low voltage distribution system,which includes distributed power supply,energy storage device and flexible load.The distributed power sources consist of wind turbines,photovoltaic arrays,micro gas turbines and fuel cells.Generally,the micro grid can be divided into two operation modes,it can operate autonomously and independently,and it can be operated without self-government.The micro-grid system can be flexibly converted to the isolated island state and the grid connected state,and it effectively solves the problems that may exist when new energy is connected to the power grid.But,there are still some problems in the micro-grid system,such as difficult operation control and high running cost.There are two reasons for this problem: the diversity of distributed power sources and the randomness of the combined power generation.The optimized operation of the micro-grid system can not only reduce the cost of generating electricity and environmental pollution,but also improve the utilization rate of energy,which makes the micro-grid system running in the case of reliable,economic and environmental protection.In conclusion,it is of great significance to study the optimized operation of the micro-grid system.Firstly,this paper proposes a firefly algorithm based on chaos optimization and gaussian mutation,aiming at the shortcoming of the firefly algorithm.Firstly,chaos optimization is carried out in the initial position of the firefly,which eventually distributed the firefly population evenly.Then,gaussian variation is adopted in the process of firefly movement to avoid getting into local optimum.At the same time,the CGFA algorithm and the FA algorithm are applied to test and compare the three benchmark functions respectively.It is concluded that the performance of the CGFA algorithm is better than that of the FA algorithm.Finally,it shows that the improvement of basic firefly algorithm is effective.Secondly,the current situation of micro-grid system's optimized operationis expounded,and the basic structure and working principle of micro-grid system are analyzed accordingly.At the same time,the basic principle and mathematical model of the distributed power supply and energy storage device in the micro grid are expounded in detail,Finally,it lays the foundation for establishing the optimized operation model of micro grid.Finally,the micro-grid system consisting of distributed power supply(wind turbines,photovoltaic arrays,micro gas turbines and fuel cells)and energy storage device is presented,Considering the cost of power generation and environmental governance,the two are the objective function of the model.At the same time,the corresponding safe operation constraint conditions of the model are given,and the mathematical model of micro grid optimized operation is established,so that the total operating cost of the micro-grid system is the lowest.At the same time,the two operation modes of the micro grid are formulated respectively.The mathematical model is solved by using the firefly optimization algorithm(CGFA),The total operation cost and the output power of each distributed power supply are obtained in one cycle.The results are compared with the basic firefly algorithm.The simulation and analysis are carried out,The final simulation results show that the improved firefly algorithm can avoid the local optimal solution,and the convergence speed is improved,and the optimization accuracy is also improved accordingly.
