With the high speed,automation and warmth of contemporary trains,compared with conventional trains,more and more information,such as state,control,system fault diagnosis and passenger service,has emerged as the times require,and the equipment mounted to the train bus is increasing.Therefore,how to accurately and safely transmit such a large amount of information on the network has become an important problem for rail vehicles.In the process of integration of information technology and traditional industry,industrial control is facing more and more cyber security threats.In recent years,China has begun to pay more attention to the safety of industrial control system,and increased industrial control security to the national strategy.Relevant departments of the state actively carry out their work to promote the research work on the industrial control network security in China.MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus)protocol is an important communication protocol in the field of industrial control,and its security problem has become the focus of current research.At first,this thesis introduces the importance of rail traffic information security,and then analyzes the status of industrial control security and MVB domestic and foreign research.On this basis,it analyzes the related factors of MVB network security,and deeply studies the MVB data types,transceiver mechanism,protocol format and content,protocol analysis,bus control,transmission mechanism and so on.Related technology,and then build a simulation environment,through the design of ARM based MVB monitoring equipment software and hardware,the use of ASTMVB acquisition card and the corresponding baseboard to simulate TCMS(train control and management system)unit,the realization of the main control equipment MVB port polling,scheduling,management functions,C4 MVB acquisition card and based on ARM and Linux embedded.The platform developed by the platform is used to simulate the PIS(passenger information system)unit,through the MVB network and the analog TCMS unit for data interaction.Through the graphical interface developed by Qt/E,the real-time display of data information is realized,and the data acquisition is completed by the MVB monitoring equipment.Finally,the MVB network data collection and verification are carried out under the built environment,and the TCMS attack data and the PIS attack data are simulated.After the in-depth learning and understanding of the situation perception assessment steps,the expected expression formula for the rail traffic bus data frame is put forward on the rail traffic vehicle MVB network,which is used for the analysis of the orbit intersection.The data state of the bus MVB bus is used to judge the analytic data according to the flow chart and generate the deducted log to verify the MVB process data message transmission under the whole simulation environment.The test results show that the proposed expression formula can predict the development of the information security situation of the MVB network.
