Aiming at the problem of large energy consumption in the conventional suction ports,a rotary suction port was designed.By comparing the energy consumption and flow field characteristics of the conventional suction port and the rotary suction port,the feasibility of rotary suction port was verified.The effects of gas-phase and solid-phase factors on the pick-up performance were studied through simulation tests and analysis models.The research content is as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of large energy consumption in conventional suction ports,a rotary suction port was designed,analyzing the force of dust particles in the rotary suction.Based on the force analysis of dust particles,the energy consumption equation of the rotary suction port and conventional suction port were derived.Contrastive analysis of the energy consumption of the rotary suction port and the conventional suction port under 6 working conditions,the results show that compared with the energy consumption of conventional suction port,the power consumption of the rotary suction port is reduced.Simulate respectively the flow field of the rotary suction port and the conventional suction port.Study the flow field characteristics and particle motion trajectories in two types of suction ports.(2)In order to solve the problem of the relationship between gas-phase and solid-phase factors and pick-up performance of the rotary suction port.Using the optimization Latin Latin hypercube to design the simulation test of the pick-up performance of the rotary suction port,the effects of gas-phase factors and solid-phase factors on the maximum velocity of air flow and residence time of dust particles in the rotary suction port were analyzed.An approximate model of pick-up performance of the rotary suction port was established.(3)In order to analyze the impact of factor weight values in the simulation test of the rotary suction port pick-up performance,an analytical model based on entropy method and radial basis neural network was proposed.The weight of the effect of gas type and solid type factors on the pick-up performance of the rotary suction port was analyzed.The results show that the dust particle density has the largest weight value in all impact factors,the weight value of the suction negative pressure and the weight value of the dust particle density are smaller,the smallest influence factor on the weight value is the mass flow of dust particles.(4)In order to verify the rotary suction port simulation results,and using the electric sweeper pick-up performance test system,a pilot study was conducted on the rotary suction port.Through the comparison of test results and simulation results,the rationality of the simulation results was verified.
