With the advancement of my country’s 14 th Five-Year Plan,environmental protection and green development have gradually become the top priorities of my country’s social development.In order to reduce the labor intensity of manual urban road cleaning and improve work efficiency,large-scale cleaning with environmentally friendly machinery has become a development trend.However,the existing fuel-driven sweepers are bulky,noisy,consume high energy,and emit serious exhaust gas,which endangers the environmental sanitation of the city,and also has many shortcomings in terms of aesthetics and light weight.Based on the above problems,the innovative design of a small multi-function electric sweeper and suction truck with no pollution,low energy consumption,high operating efficiency,and simple driving has important practical significance.This article first analyzes the elements of the sweeper usage scenario,and digs out the user’s potential needs by constructing a scenario story board.Apply KJ method and principal component analysis method to organize and construct user demand model,and construct the future use situation of small multi-functional electric sweeper according to the relative importance in the user demand model.Secondly,analyze the functional structure and modeling characteristics of the selected relevant typical cases,and on this basis,synthesize the functional structure scheme of the small multifunctional electric sweeper,and obtain the functional carrier of its functional element(ie,functional element solution).The multi-scale method,cluster analysis method and factor analysis method are used to select the typical modelling samples and representative image vocabulary of the sweeper.By drawing the feature image distribution map of the sweeper model,the appearance shape and color elements of the sweeper can be obtained.The morphological matrix is used to synthesize the functional principles and modeling schemes of3 small multi-functional electric sweeping vehicles.Third,on the basis of constructing the scheme evaluation index system and its evaluation information,information entropy and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the importance of each evaluation index.Triangular fuzzy number multi-attribute group decision-making method was used to screen the innovative schemes of 3 small multi-function electric sweeping vehicles,and the sweeping devices mainly used for disc brushes to clean concentrated garbage,roller brushes and conveyor belts to collect larger garbage,negative pressure A dust-absorbing device that absorbs small dust particles is asupplementary road cleaning solution.The appearance of the solution is mostly creative,and the color matching is white and other colors.Finally,use Rhino,Pro-E,Keyshot and Photoshop software to carry out the functional carrier structure design and 3D modeling(prototype)and rendering of the appearance modeling plan for the optimal plan.On this basis,the ANSYS-Flent software is used to simulate and analyze the airflow velocity and pressure loss of the structure of the vacuum device.The results show that the innovatively designed small multifunctional electric sweeper vacuum cleaner has the functional carrier structure size and parameters Is reasonable.The three-dimensional model is used to simulate and analyze the use situation of the prototype of the small multi-functional electric sweeper,which further illustrates the advancement and adaptability of the two working modes of sweeping and suction.
