The involute spline is widely used in the wind power gearbox because of its uniform force,strong durability,high bearing capacity and good alignment.But its working conditions are complex and changeable,the fretting wear and fatigue damage of the spline tooth surface are easy to appear.As the key component of the wind turbine transmission gearbox,the contact characteristics of the spline directly affect the reliability of the whole gearbox.Therefore,it is very important to study the contact characteristics of the wind power transmission involute spline.The main works of this paper are as follows:The structural characteristics and transmission principle of a 2 MW wind turbine gearbox are analyzed.The gearbox and the planetary frame are regarded as flexible body,the key components such as spindle,hub and elastic coupling are considered,and the three point elastic support of the torque arm and the spindle bearing are considered.According to the actual connection between the components of the transmission system,the MASTA software is used to establish the model of the transmission system.The load analysis of the model is carried out and the stress of the spline under the rated condition is obtained.The force analysis of the involute spline of the wind transmission is completed by the traditional mechanical analysis.According to the geometric design characteristics of the spline and the actual application scene,the mismatch pattern of internal spline and external spline is determined,and the finite element contact analysis model of the involute spline is set up to complete the study of the contact characteristics of the involute spline in the wind transmission under the actual working condition.The influence of the design parameters on the contact characteristics of the spline is studied,including the spline tooth width,the number of teeth,the pressure angle,the root type,and the helical angle of the gear.Three aspects of the distribution of the contact pressure on the tooth surface,the distribution of the load between the teeth and the maximum contact pressure distribution of tooth surface are analyzed.The spline and gear design parameters with better contact characteristics are obtained.The influence of misalignment and eccentricity and the mismatch of the internal and external spline axis on the contact characteristics of the spline are studied,and the unavoidable pitch deviation of the tooth distance in the process is studied,including the influence of the single tooth deviation,the continuous multi tooth deviation and the multi tooth deviation of the arbitrary sequence on the contact characteristics of the spline.And pitch deviation has great influence on the contact characteristics of spline.The influence of the modification on the contact characteristics of the spline is studied,including the tooth drum modification,the tooth slope modification and the piecewise parabolic modification of the tooth.The influence of the pre-error on the contact characteristics of the spline is studied,and the optimum modification method,the best modification position and the best modification amount are obtained.From the design parameters of the spline itself,the design parameters of the other parts of the gearbox,the processing precision of the spline,the requirements for the installation and the modification of the spline teeth,a practical optimization scheme is proposed for the 2 MW wind transmission involute spline under the rated condition.
