Semi-active vehicle suspension has the characteristics of vibration absorption close to active suspension,better than passive suspension,and avoids the disadvantage of large energy consumption of active suspension.Semi-active vehicle suspension usually uses magnetorheological fluid damper for vibration control,and the effect of vibration control depends on the control algorithm used.Different control algorithms have their own advantages and disadvantages.For comparison of control algorithms applied to semi-active suspension vibration control,most researchers do simulation research or simple bench test research.Therefore,in view of the shortcomings of the existing semi-active vehicle suspension vibration control algorithm simulation and test comparison research,this paper is based on the topic.The magnetorheological damper designed by the group is the research object.On the basis of the test data obtained from the test of the performance test of the magnetorheological damper,a mechanical model of the magnetorheological damper is established.Based on the model of a single degree of freedom 1/4 vehicle semi-active suspension system,the effectiveness of different control algorithms on the vibration control of semi-active suspension of 1/4 vehicle is verified the comparison of different control algorithms is done by simulation and test.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)The Magnetorheological damper is tested on MTS for different amplitude,frequency and current.Based on the experimental data,the mechanical model of MR damper is established based on the identification of parameters by hyperbolic tangent model.(2)A single degree of freedom model for semi-active suspension of 1/4 vehicle is established.The simulation of skyhook control,sliding mode control,fuzzy control,PID control and improved PID control is carried out.The effectiveness of various different control algorithms on the vibration control of the suspension of the 1/4 vehicle is verified,and the simulation results of the vibration control on the semi-active suspension of the 1/4 vehicle are compared by comparing the different control algorithms.(3)Based on the built 1/4 vehicle suspension vibration table I carry out vibration control experiments of various control algorithms,such as skyhook control,sliding mode control and fuzzy control,it further verifies the effectiveness of various control algorithms in semi-active suspension vibration control of 1/4 vehicle.By analyzing the experimental results,I do the comparison of different control algorithms.
