With the continuous progress of rail transit construction,the medium and small volume monorail transit system has broad prospects for development.Straddle-type monorails use rubber running tires.To ensure the safety of vehicles,tires need to be replaced on a regular basis.The replacement efficiency of running tires is of great significance to the operation,maintenance,and promotion of monorail vehicles.In order to improve the efficiency of wheel changing in monorail vehicles,this paper studies and optimizes the key technology and the wheel changing process.On the basis of investigation,analysis and research,this paper finds out the main reasons of low efficiency and puts forward six solutions.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions,the function and efficiency of the complete equipment system,the way of threaded connection and disassembly,the flow of the change wheel and the structure of the bogie parts was selected to study the efficiency of changing wheel.In view of the function and efficiency of the complete set of equipment,this paper first analyzes the traction process and control system of the tractor,puts forward the wireless remote traction control scheme,studies the power regulation mode of the engine,puts forward the solution of the power regulation of the engine under the remote control mode,determines the remote control parameters and initially designed the remote control system.The operating efficiency of the vehicle body support device was analyzed.The speed control method of the three-phase asynchronous motor,the screw pitch of the wire and the reduction ratio of the reducer are studied and analyzed.The operation efficiency of the supporting device is improved by changing the variable pole speed regulation and increasing the screw pitch of the wire.Finally,the automatic lifting device of the bogie is studied.The transmission mode of the lifting mechanism is analyzed,selected the vertical top support mode of hydraulic cylinder,studied the hydraulic synchronous mode,designed the synchronous circuit,and calculate the hydraulic cylinder.In view of the disassembly and assembly of threaded connection,this paper first studies the automatic disassembly tool of threaded connection.Through the analysis of the disassembly and assembly of the rim nut,it designed the appropriate way of disassembly and assembly and the tightening strategy of the automatic tool,then analyzes the space of the nut disassembly and designs the process layout scheme of the 4 axis disassembly tool.Finally,the multi-axis disassembly equipment tightening quality control method was studied,and the non-coupling control method of the 4-axis nut disassembly equipment was determined.In view of the current wheel change process,this paper applies the concurrent engineering theory to analyze the current wheel change process,find out which can be optimized,use the parallel engineering method to optimize these links,design a efficient process of changing wheel,and analyses the efficiency of the process.In view of the parts of the bogie,this paper first studied the monitoring mode of the tire pressure,selected the direct tire pressure monitoring method to test the running tire pressure,and designed the principle map of the running tire pressure monitoring system of the monorail vehicle,and then analyzed the loosening mechanism of the thread connection,and studied the way to prevent the loosening of the thread connection.According to the cause of the looseness of the nut of the monorail vehicle,a new type of locking washer and Spiralock thread nut is applied to prevent the loosening of the nut.
