Inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT)technology is a technology that takes the advantage of a high-frequency electromagnetic field to achieve wireless power transfer through a magnetic coupling mechanism and based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.In recent years,it has been widely studied because this technology has the advantages of flexible,reliable,and simple power transmission,and it has been successfully applied in the fields of electric vehicles,robots,biomedical appliances,and household appliances.With the deepening of the research of ICPT technology,the signal communication quality between the primary side and second side has become one of the key factors that determines the performance of the ICPT system,the topic of power and data synchronous transmission has become another research hotspot in this field.This paper takes the LCL-S resonant ICPT system as the research object,combines the system's demand for signal communication between primary side and secondary side,proposes a solution which can realize signal full-duplex communication without affecting the power transmission.And this paper researches the signal forward transmission and reverse transmission,respectively.For signal forward transmission,this paper realizes power and data forward synchronous transmission based on the power-frequency modulation technology.Firstly,system equivalent model is obtained by analyzing the target topology,then combines the load voltage gain characteristics and the switching frequency selection strategy to achieve signal communication under the condition of constant power transmission,meanwhile analyzes the system power and signal transmission characteristics.For signal reverse transmission,this paper realizes power and data reverse synchronous transmission based on the carrier modulation technology in which signals are injected in parallel and picked up in series.Firstly,the key influence factors in the process of signal transmission are analyzed.Then the system's power and signal transmission channel are explored by analyzing the target topology,and proposes a parameter optimization design method.Finally,the circuit topology and its corresponding working principle about signal modulation and demodulation unit are elaborated.Combined with theoretical research and simulation analysis,this paper builds a hardware test platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed solution.The feasibility of the system solution is verified by the simulation results and experimental results.
