In recent decades,the degree of electrification is getting higher and higher.The traditional wired power supply method can not satisfy us people who pursue a better life.The emergence of wireless power supply mode now provides a new way of power supply.At present,wireless power transmission(Wireless Power Transmission,WPT)technology has been widely used in many fields.However,for some special applications,not only the transmission of electrical energy is requires,but also the transmission of signals.Thus,a complete wireless charging device is suppossed to have both two functions of wireless power transmission and signal transmission.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the five most commonly used single-channel communication transmission technologies,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these communication methods,and compares these communication methods to lay the foundation for further optimization of the synchronous transmission of signals and power.Then,the Maxwell equations are used to theoretically analyze the high-frequency effect of the coil.The HF effect of the coil is suppressed by the optimization of material,and the relationship between the loosely coupled coil parameters and self-inductance.Together with mutual inductance is analyzed using ANSYS finite element software.Secondly,for the scheme of forward signal transmission,the tuned signal transmission method with simple structure and easy demodulation is selected,and the principle of signal transmission in this mode is analyzed by circuit modeling.Two MOSFETs connected in reverse series are selected to compose a signal modulation circuit,a diode envelope detector is used to demodulate the demodulated signal,and simulation verification is performed using simulation software.Finally,the serial injection communication method with S/LCC compensation is selected as the signal reverse transmission scheme.The working principles of the power transmission loop and the signal transmission loop are analyzed respectively.The signal transmission channel and the power transmission channel of the system are simulated by software.A simulation model of signals and electrical energy is built and the simulation result verifies the feasibility of the program.A full-duplex communication method combining injection-type reverse transmission signal and tuned forward signal transmission is proposed to enable simultaneous bidirectional signal transmission,and Simulation experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
