As lifting equipment for modern construction sites,tower cranes play a decisive role in construction projects.With the proposal and practice of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy in China,the number of large-scale infrastructure projects in the country is increasing day by day and facing complex projects.The environment,tower crane safety issues had become increasingly prominent.This paper explores the risk assessment of tower crane system for two dimensions by seeking the correlation between system reliability and system risk.A statistical analysis of tower crane accidents in China in the past five years was conducted.The time and space dimensions was used to classify the frequency of accidents and the pattern categories.Take into account this,the accident cause theory was used to analyze the causes of accidents.Based on the accident category,the three major subsystems that caused the accident were extracted.The crane hydraulic system,lifting system,and metal body system was analyzed through the accident three,and the probability of accidents in each component was calculated.Degree;The logical relationship of the accident there is used as a structural function of Monte Carlo simulation.Simulation of each system reliability duration is performed to calculate the system life safety threshold.Comprehensive application of MATLAB GUI visual expression technology,development of tower crane system reliability evaluation and evaluation system,and taking the tower crane overall system as the research object,complete the construction of tower crane comprehensive risk assessment index from four perspectives: “people,machine,ring,pipe”,Through the expert rating to obtain the index weights,and a total evaluation of 21 tower cranes in 5 project departments of an engineering bureau,in order to enhance the efficiency of risk assessment,apply the SPSS PCA method to reduce the dimension of the indicators to obtain the main component score,and The data obtained from dimensionality reduction was applied to construct an expert network system model using BP neural network algorithm,and the feasibility of the model was verified by comparing the predicted data with the actual data.From the above research,we can know that the comprehensive evaluation method of reliability and security can provide more ample help for tower crane accident management and control,and at the same time it has certain guiding significance for on-site tower crane system management.
