The research background of this article is based on people's increasing attention to health.the industrialization,marketization and socialization of sports industry have deepened the construction of commercial fitness centers.The commercial fitness center has become an important part in the development of sports industry with its quality service and unique form,and its development momentum is extremely good.Because the commercial fitness center is an indoor space for profit,it is necessary to pay attention to the visual and scientific nature of the space environment while satisfying the basic fitness needs.only in this way can the operation of the fitness center be successful and develop for a long time.From the perspective of color,color is not only recognizable,its adjustment function is obvious for changing or creating the overall style of space.therefore,whether the interior color design of commercial fitness center is reasonable and whether the application is coordinated is the key to the operation and promotion of fitness center.At present,there are relatively few studies on the color of indoor space in commercial fitness centers.the only research results are also relatively macro in general.color design is also based on the general law of color.among them,there is a lack of reasonable scrutiny of the relationship between color matching and ignoring the interaction between people and color in space.This paper takes space color,motion space,and people as research objects toanalyze,and uses literature research method to carry out basic theoretical research,including color theory,space design theory,etc.The comparative research method analyzes the present situation of the space color of commercial fitness centers at home and abroad,and compares the usage law and particularity of the space color of commercial fitness centers at home and abroad with pictures and texts.Using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the color demands and color preferences of fitness people of different genders and ages.Interdisciplinary research method studies sports psychology,color science and other disciplines,and studies the influence of color on human beings and its regulating effect on space.Finally,case analysis method is used to analyze and reform the case.The main findings are as follows:(1)the analysis results show that at present there is no mature system for the design and application of space color in commercial fitness centers in our country,and there is still a difference between the application status of objective color and people's subjective needs.(2)through questionnaires and theoretical research,it is found that the different colors in the space will affect people's physiological and psychological state.People in different regions of space have different demands for color when they engage in different sports.The role of color in space is not only limited to beautification of space,but also has a certain adjustment function.(3)color plays an important role in the indoor space of the commercial fitness center.its application design should make different choices according to the function of the space,and at the same time meet the needs of people.Through the design of color,people can have a scientific and healthy fitness space,thus improving people's quality of life.
