| In recent years,the effect of urban agglomeration has been increasing,which has aggravated the catastrophic consequences of gas pipeline accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively carry out the safety assessment of existing urban gas pipelines.This paper,focusing on the essential security of the system and taking the reduction of vulnerability as the breakthrough point,combined with the modern computational intelligence method,constructs the RS-SVM model of the vulnerability assessment of urban gas pipeline,and based on this method to analyze the protection strategy and explore the new model of pipeline safety management.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper comprehensively analyzes the connotation of vulnerability diversification,introduces the vulnerability of urban agglomeration system to the traditional urban gas pipeline safety assessment,and combines the characteristics of urban gas pipeline itself,gives a new definition of urban gas pipeline vulnerability from a new perspective,and sets up a joint evaluation index system.The strategy of quantitative assignment is introduced,and projection pursuit clustering is introduced into vulnerability assessment to quantify the decision attribute value of training set,that is,the fragility of each monitoring segment.Considering the non monotonicity of the index data in the engineering practice,the non monotone attribute reduction algorithm based on the neighborhood mutual information entropy is used to simplify the index intensification,and the FCM model is used to optimize the support vector machine parameters.After using the reduced data index set as training set,a vulnerability assessment function model is established.A case study of three different urban gas pipelines in a city in Northwest China is carried out,and a protection strategy model of urban gas pipeline network under attack and defense game is built.The research results show that the vulnerability assessment model of urban gas pipeline based on RS-SVM can effectively deal with the nonlinear high dimensional data sets.It can be used in other engineering practice to ensure that the data are simple and not lose accuracy.The study of protection strategy under the attack and defense game is clarified from two aspects of "reliable path protection" and "redundant path protection",which provides powerful guidance for the operation and Management Department of urban gas pipeline.Because of the limited time and level of research,the research of this paper is bound to have some defects.To continue to explore more perfect and reasonable method of index assignment and improve the accuracy of the model will be the focus of the follow-up research. |
