Customized equipment is a highly customized complex product.The production process often has strong characteristics of R&D and trial production,high product value and long production cycle.The manufacturing system usually adopts a single piece or small batch production organization mode,and the customer orders arrive randomly.The quantity of products,the delivery time and the demand for resources of different orders have great differences.The process of order manufacturing includes parts processing,parts assembly and machine debugging,in which the starting premise of parts assembly is the completion of the related parts involved.However,because of the complex product structure,the product is assembled by a large number of parts,and the route and the required resources vary among the related parts,which leads to high difference and uncertainty in the lead time of each part.Investigation finds that the problem of part irregularities before assembly is the main reason that lead to serious tardiness in customized equipment enterprises.The effective coordination control of parts processing is the key to plan and control customized equipment production process.With the increasing demand for customized product,it is difficult to deal with the complexity and uncertainty of manufacturing systems by traditional methods,such as MRP,which are commonly used by enterprises.Therefore,based on a typical customized equipment manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong Province,this paper untangle the core business process of the company,summarize the problems and difficulties in process coordination management and control.accordingly,the coordination control system and overall function requirements are given and push-pull hybrid process coordination control technology is constructed based on Workload Control Concept.Finally,we designed and developed Production Process Coordination Control System.The main work is as follows:Firstly,we went deep into enterprise to untangle and sort out the core business process,and classified and summed up the problems.On the basis of analyzing the demand of production control,advanced a control system for production process coordination.Based on the system and the general production business process,the overall function of the system is designed.Secondly,considering the process coordination control needs of customized equipment production,innovative combination of push release control and pull dispatch based on Workload Control Concept,proposed release control technology with flexible path and dispatch technology for dynamic process coordination,and designed a method for presenting decision results based on dynamic electronic Kanban.Finally,based on the design of detailed functions,database,system architecture and network structure,we used C# and SQL to developed various functional modules of the system.Considering the specific implementation environment and actual influencing factors of the enterprise,maked the implementation plan,and finally conducted a preliminary evaluation of the application effect reasonably.
