The Research And Development Of Assembly Process Management System Of Customized Products Based On The Internet Of Things

With the increasing of individual needs, customized products appear in the market competition more frequently. Manufacturers providing customized products not only need to control costs and ensure quality, but also need to improve productivity and meet customers’ needs. Due to customized material and customized process, the production process of customized products is more complex than non-custom products, which sets higher requirements for the management of customized products’ assembly process. Therefore, we need to study the management of custom products’ assembly process, monitor the process and establish profile of each product, and eventually, improve the efficiency of production and enhance the management level based on satisfying customers’ needs.Firstly, on the basis of introducing the research status of some related technologies, including the internet of things, the internet of things for industry, production data acquisition technology, process control technology and product data management technology, the paper analyzed the charicteristics and requirements of customized products’assembly process, put forward the solution of customized product’s assembly process management based on the internet of things for industry, gave the whole design scheme of the key part of the solution (The Assembly Process Management Information System of Customized Product). Secondly, the paper studied three key technologies of custom products’ assembly process management, analyzed the method to implement customized product structure and customized product assembly process instantiation, divided the data of assembly process into 5 BOMs and studied the integration of the 5 BOMs based on the customized process BOM, analyzed the file building process and the data model based on the types of customized products assembly file. Thirdly, the paper introduced the whole design proposal of the management information system, as well as implementation details, and finally developed the prototype system and briefly introduced the operation cases of the sysytem.
