Fatigue failure is the main destructive form of mechanical parts,among which multiaxialfatigue occupies an extremely important proportion,therefore,the study of multiaxial fatigue has a profound significance to the machinery industry.Because of the complexity of multiaxial fatigue experiment and analysis softwares,it is really a high costs for enterprises to meet the demand of the product.In recent years,with the flourishing development of computer visualization technology,3D modeling is applied in mechanical field,the technology of data visualization has been applied to many fields of engineering practice by using the characteristics of its human-computer interaction.Firstly,the development of multi-axis fatigue problem in recent years and the application of data visualization technology are introduced.This paper introduces the basic theory of multi-axis fatigue in detail,including: stress and strain relationship of multi-axis fatigue,cyclic counting method,prediction and damage model of multi-axis fatigue life.This platform uses Spring MVC to build an overall framework for the analysis platform.After comparing and analyzing the development tools of several visualization platforms in the current market,we choose to establish a multi-axis fatigue analysis platform using Java language and Java 3D technology in the Eclipse development environment.According to the functional requirements and theoretical foundation of the platform,various functions of the platform data visualization system are realized,including the use of Web development technology to achieve the uploading of stress and strain analysis results files,database connections,and data filtering.Secondly,this platform uses Java 3D technology to create a scene map of fatigue cloud maps,extract a three-dimensional model of the mechanical specimen from the result file of the finite element analysis TXT format,and import it into the Java 3D scene.By analyzing the relationship between the equivalent strain and life span,the color expression range of the life cloud map is divided.Build the Postgre SQL database of mechanical materials,connect it to the network platform,and use Web development technology to achieve the functions of uploading,data filtering,and reading the results of stress and strain analysis.The multi-axis fatigue life cloud diagram is embedded into the browser page to finally realize the network display of the life cloud graph.At last,the final operating effect of this platform is analyzed by the example of fatigue of two mechanical engineering parts under constant amplitude and variable amplitude load,andthe existing fatigue analysis software and literature data are compared.Finally,the rationality and accuracy of the design of the multi-axis fatigue platform are verified.
