Organic-inorganic halide perovskites have many remarkable properties such as high extinction coefficient,ultra-long carrier diffusion length and good solution processability,which become new stars in photovoltaic cell devices.As the third generation of new type solar cells,perovskite solar cells are also paid much attention by researchers due to their simple preparation process and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.During a short period of development,its photoelectric conversion efficiency has increased from 3.8%to 22.7%.At present,the study of perovskite solar cells has focoused on several areas:higher photoelectric conversion efficiency,cost reduction,large-area production,more stability,and alternative lower price materials.This article focuses on the research of electronic transmission materials and process optimization to be cost effective.The main research content:?1?Bifacial transparent technology means that the electrodes on both sides of the solar cell can collect sunlight for power generation.This innovation can increase the use of light radiation and realize the integration of photovoltaic buildings.Compared with traditional solar cells,this type of device can increase the photovoltaic current density and solar energy utilization without increasing costs.In this topic,we mainly regulate the thickness of metal electrode by controlling the deposition conditions,and perform a series of characterizations?including transmittance test,square resistance test,etc.?.Results show that when the electrode thickness was 10 nm,devices had the highest efficiency.In addition,we also explored the effects of light intensity,illustation angle and process conditions to make full use of ambient light,which would results in lower cost and higher photoelectric conversion of perovskite solar cells.?2?The electron transport layer is an important part of the perovskite solar cell,which plays a role in transporting electrons and blocking holes.It also can effectively avoid recombination between the perovskite layer and the electron transport layer.In this paper,we in situ fabricated SnS2 nanomaterial on FTO by a simple hydrothermol method.This material has many excellent photoelectric properties,such as faster electron mobility,suitable binding energy,etc.Therefore,it can be used as electron transport layer.Results show that the prepared SnS2 nanosheets have good crystallinity.The diameter of the nano material is about 50-60 nm,and the thickness is about 10 nm.In addition,we investigated the effects of different growth times on the surface morphology and key parameters of the perovskite solar cell.To verify the influence of the SnS2 thin film on electron conduction,PL and EIS tests have been carried out.By optimizing key parameters,we finally achieved efficiency of 13.63%.
