With the development of ocean color satellites,the requirements for ocean color remote sensors are also getting higher and higher,and its development trend shows the trend of increasing the number of bands and narrowing the bandwidth.At the same time,with the development of the integrated circuit manufacturing industry,CMOS technology has also achieved considerable development,especially in terms of its biggest drawbacks in terms of sensitivity and noise,especially the development of backilluminated CMOS technology in recent years.The fill rate of the large area array CMOS image sensor can theoretically reach 100%,which is comparable to that of the CCD,and therefore it also provides a new choice for marine remote sensors.This project is designed to achieve a visible near-infrared imaging system based on backilluminated CMOS image sensor,which has certain significance for the development of a new generation of oceanic loads.This project selected a model GSENSE400 BSI detector with an array resolution of 2048×2048 to construct an imaging system.Let this detector work in HDR mode,through controlling the time sequence of the detector,carry on windowing operation to it,can reduce its data transmission load effectively.The detector internally converts the analog signal to a digital signal,and then the image data is serially output at an output rate of 150 MHz over 8 LVDS channels.Because the data frequency is relatively high,dynamic phase adjustment technology is used on the development board to perform correction training on the data.Finally,the 12-bit data is converted to 8-bit data through the ping-pong RAM,and the data is transmitted to the upper computer through the Gigabit Ethernet port..In this thesis,the back-illuminated CMOS detector principle and imaging drive circuit are studied for the low illumination and high sensitivity requirements of remote sensing instruments.The main research work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1)A high dynamic range imaging system scheme for area array back-illuminated CMOS image sensors is proposed,an imaging experiment system is set up,and a verification experiment is carried out.The developed imaging system has a higher sensitivity.2)Researched the dynamic phase adjustment technology of high-speed data,realized the reliable transmission of 150 M DDR image data,and sent the image...
