In recent years,due to the rapid development of industrial automation technology,industrial structure is constantly upgrading,Industrial automatic control system is used more and more widely,the automatic control system is mostly in the programmable controller(PLC)as the core control.Flexible automatic production line training system,as a flexible automatic production line between actual production and simulation experiment,is an important platform for training highly skilled personnel.In this paper,combined with the existing automated training assessment equipment,using PLC,robot and servo control technology to form a multi task production line,in order to achieve the purpose of flexible production line training.The main work and achievements obtained in this paper are as follows:1.based on the analysis of domestic and foreign flexible automatic production line for the development and research status,aiming at the actual conditions and teaching needs of existing training equipment,the overall training system is designed,including 3 parts: robot sorting and handling,seal and warehouse.2.the design of robot sorting and handling unit is studied and introduced in detail.(1)through the research and analysis,a variety of detection methods of liquid level detection is proposed,finally by measuring the refractive method,several schemes of installation method of sensor are presented,finally use the photoelectric sensor installed on the sliding rod,adjusting the sensor with high degree of detection,multi level,no need to modify the system of internal procedures,so that not only meets the control requirements,and greatly reduces the cost.(2)the robot technology is used in the material handling.The robot control system and the way of controlling the robot movement are described in detail.The working flow chart is also given.(3)the hardware and software design of the unit.3.through the research and analysis,the positioning device and the positioning mode on seal and warehouse unit is proposed,finally adopts servo positioning method,components The composition of stepper motor control system and servo motor control system,the calculation of positioning control and the design of positioning control program are expounded.4.after the completion of the design of the system,the overall test.The overall function of the system testing,to achieve the material bottle sorting and handling,warehousing and seal of the whole process,accurate positioning,flexible and convenient use,and with "robot sorting and handling control" the training task as an example,to verify the feasibility of the training system of teaching.
