The Micro Renovation Pattern Study Of Yongqing Area, Enning Road,Guangzhou City

In 2015,Guangzhou Government initially established Urban renewal Bureau.City Renovation Ministry.In 2016,the government of Guangzhou City published ?Urban renewal method?.City Renovation Policy(Ordinance)with related policies and presented a new concept of micro renovation.The valuable buildings of Enning Road Yongqing Area was eventually conserved during the last 10 years of demolition and resistance,however,most of indigenous resident have been away except for a small group of people.The old district was shelved during 2016.Fortunately,Yongqing Area grasps the new “micro renovation” policy and becomes the first historical city area micro renovation project of Guangzhou City.In October 2016,the renovation of Yongqing Area was accomplished and operated.Different kinds of sectors of society have various opinions toward the trial.The article select the micro renovation of Yongqing Area as research object and introduce background informations of the renovation from two major aspects: the old city renovation of Guangzhou and the renovation of Enning Road.Beside,this article is also aim to analyzing the objective problems of micro renovation in Yongqing Area with the concept of micro renovation and BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer)theory as well as combing the methodology of site investigation,qualitative and quantitive data research.With the analysis above,the final objective evaluation of the project will be indicated and further improvements will be presented at the end.The thesis is divided into 5 parts,The first part(Chapter one): research background statement,presentation of research problem,methodology,research objective and significance and research framework.The second part(Chapter two): study of old city renovation in Guangzhou City,sorting out the stages of Guangzhou's old city renovation from Revolution and Open to contemporary,as well as the characteristics and goals of each period.The third part(Chapter three): historical micro renovation study of Yongqing Area,categorizing different renovation process of the specific site and analyzing theoretically to the current micro renovation.The forth part(Chapter four): the site scale investigations of the Yongqing micro renovation project.Collecting information of the project through methods of interview,questionnaire,data research and figuring out the disadvantages and limitations of the project.Presenting exploring the reasons of various problems and objective evaluations toward different interest sectors.The fifth part(Chapter five): With the problems in the forth part,the improvement schemes of Yongqing Area micro renovation project would be presented.
