At this stage,the southern region has successfully operated four provincial power markets and one spanned across the province electricity market.But with the release of the generation schedule and plan of electric energy consumption,the long term electric power trading model in the province problems such as small resource optimization space,high concentration of transaction concentration in the province,difficulty in decomposing and execution of medium and long-term power supply contracts,and imperfect electricity pricing system.At the same time,in the context of the promulgation of the notice on the implementation of the pilot work on the construction of the electric power spot market(for the reform of energy [2017] no.1453),the southern region,starting from Guangdong province,has become the first pilot spot market in China,and the spot market in the south will be an important task for the government and the power grid enterprises in the next stage.Based on the problems encountered in the development of power market in the southern region,this paper carried out the following research work in combination with the demand of market construction under the promulgation of national policies:First,PJM in the United States,Britain,and the Nordic electricity market as a typical representative foreign successful operation of the electric power market,and provincial electricity market in the province in the south area as the research object,in-depth research belongs to the electric power industry characteristics of the electricity market,transaction scheduling institutions,electric power market mode and its trades.And based on the comparison of power industry and market construction,the design logic of market model and trade variety is analyzed to provide reference for the design of power market in the southern region.Secondly,with China's national conditions,national strategy and the basis of the power grid enterprise business setting characteristics and draw lessons from foreign electricity market design logic and development experience,put forward to multimodal design of regional common market,and combined with the characteristics of power industry,market development and key problems in the southern region to design the power market model applicable to the southern region.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the method of coordination and cohesion of trading plan execution and transaction settlement.And then theoretically,the feasibility of the deployment plan and the settlement of the transaction,ultimately formed the entire system of the power market in the south.At last,based on the analysis of the design of power market exchange in multi-mode foreign power market,based on the proposed model of power market in the southern region,from the aspects of transaction object,transaction cycle,and trading method,it is designed to be applicable to the multi-mode southern regional common market transaction varieties,and form a trading variety library.
