In order to solve the energy crisis and environment pollution,the Chinese government gives great impetus to the development of new energy automobiles.Pure electric vehicle(EV),as a kind of vehicle driven by power battery,can be used to recover the braking energy,which can improve the energy utilization efficiency.In addition,the electric energy of pure electric vehicle sources widely,in addition to using the electric energy which is produced by traditional thermal power,and also can use wind,solar,nuclear and other new clean energy.And it will broaden the energy utilization structure.The development of pure electric vehicles can alleviate the air pollution which is becoming more and more serious.First of all,this paper designs a transmission scheme of pure electric city bus and the main energy storage device of transmission scheme is lithium iron phosphate battery.And this paper also studies the transmission scheme,including arameter matching and driving control strategy optimization.Detailed theoretical calculation and simulation analysis are used to the main components of the power system,including the drive motor and power battery.And the selection of drive motor and power battery is completed.Secondly,based on Matlab/Simulink,this paper establishes a simulation model of pure electric bus vehicle,and this model includes cycle condition model,operational control model,vehicle dynamic model,driving motor model,power battery model,acceleration model and output display model.And a complete pure electric vehicle simulation platform model structures is established.Then,this paper puts forward the control strategy of driver's driving intention which is based on fuzzy control.The basic steps of fuzzy control basic theory and fuzzy control algorithm are introduced,and the calculation of steady-state torque is carried out,and the concrete realization of fuzzy control is analyzed in detail Method,the fuzzy control simulation model is established.Finally,based on Matlab/Simulink,the vehicle dynamics and economy are simulated,and the drive control strategy,which is based on fuzzy control,is also simulated.According to the relevant national standards and test methods,this paper conduct performance verification test for vehicles,including dynamic tests,economic tests and fuzzy control strategy test.The simulation results and test results were compared and analyzed.vehicle test can reflect the actual operation performance of the vehicle.Based on simulation and test comparative analysis,we can find problems in the whole design process.In this paper,the results of the simulation and experimental show that the vehicle dynamics and economy fulfil the performance requirements of the target vehicle.The fuzzy control strategy can identify the driver's driving intention and improve the vehicle dynamics.And the system design and control stratery are reasonable and effective.
