With the promotion of new energy vehicles in urban public transportation and other fields,pure electric buses have become a current research hotspot due to their advantages in energy saving and environmental protection.However,due to lack of technology,cost concerns,improper power system matching and other reasons,the power and economy of pure electric buses are restricted,which limits the development of pure electric buses.Aiming at the problems of insufficient power,short driving range,and high energy consumption of a medium-sized pure electric city bus,this paper takes its power system as the research object,and conducts a research on power system parameter matching and optimization.Calculate the drive motor,power battery and other required parameters according to the design requirements and evaluation indicators of the pure electric city bus.According to the preliminary selection of the parameters,three schemes are matched;the Cruise software is used to build the vehicles for power calculation and economic calculation.Model,arrange calculation tasks for the three schemes,run simulation conditions,and compare dynamic indicators;combine Cruise and Simulink software to design torque control strategies,limit the output of driving torque,simulate and compare economic indicators,determine the final matching scheme,and compare the optimal Scheme simulation results and actual vehicle test data;Isight software is used to call the vehicle model for integrated optimization,and the multi-island genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the parameters of the final drive ratio.The results show that various technical indicators such as maximum speed,maximum gradeability,acceleration time,and driving range all meet the design requirements after the final matching scheme and control strategy are formulated,and the power and economy of the vehicle optimized by the algorithm have been improved.,Verified the reliability of the joint simulation of Cruise,Simulink and Isight software.In this paper,parameter matching,simulation,control strategy and algorithm optimization of the power system of a pure electric city bus have been carried out,so that the power and economy of the pure electric city bus have been improved,and the requirements of power and economic indicators have been met.
