The problem of modern social environment is becoming more and more serious. As one of the sources of environmental pollution, internal combustion engines must make major technological innovations to meet the requirements of the times.Diesel electrical control technology came into being.Diesel engine multiple injection technology is one of the core technologies of high pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system. However, the pressure wave caused by the previous injection during the multiple injection process will cause the fluctuation of the injection quantity of the next injection, which makes it difficult for the diesel engine to achieve the ideal injection law in the multiple injection process, thus affecting the performance of the diesel engine. In this paper,a accumulator-composite resonant electric control injector is designed. Two resonance devices are designed between the lower end of the control chamber and the control chamber and the main oil circuit. The influence of different structural parameters on the overall performance of the injector is analyzed. The key influencing factors and the dynamic percentage of dynamic response characteristics are obtained. It reveals that the structural parameters of the resonant device provide theoretical guidance for the design and development of the electronic control fuel system with independent intellectual property rights.Firstly, the conceptual design of the accumulator-composite resonant electronic fuel injector is established, and its one-dimensional simulation model is established. The electromagnetic force MAP map is obtained through the established three-dimensional calculation model of the electromagnetic valve. The indirect verification method is used to verify the reliability of the model.Sexuality, and through theoretical comparison, the model is built to meet the design requirements of medium and high speed diesel engines.Secondly, the influencing factors of the fuel injection performance of the accumulator compound resonant electronic fuel injector are studied. The single factor analysis method is used to study the accumulator chamber, the restrictor valve assembly, the solenoid valve assembly and the nozzle assembly parameters of the electronically controlled injector. The influence of the injector response characteristics and the amount of circulating fuel injection,as well as the hydraulic efficiency of the injector under different working conditions.Through quantitative analysis of the influence of relevant parameters on the injector response characteristics and the amount of circulating fuel injection,it is known that the nozzle diameter and the maximum lift of the needle valve are the key parameters affecting the injector response and the amount of circulating fuel injection, and the solenoid valve spring preload The needle valve sealing diameter is the key parameter affecting the injector opening response and the circulating fuel injection quantity. The maximum lift of the solenoid valve is the key parameter that affects the injector closing response and the circulating fuel injection amount. Finally,by analyzing the pressure fluctuations in the multiple injection process of the fuel system and the fluctuation of the cycle injection amount with the pre-master injection time interval, the compression wave generated by the action of the needle valve and the solenoid valve during the operation of the injector is obtained. And the expansion wave is the cause of fluctuations in the main circulation injection amount during the pre-main injection. The parameters of the accumulator cavity resonance device and the control cavity resonance device are analyzed. The resonance effect of the electronically controlled injector under different structural parameters of the resonator is studied, and the resonance phenomenon is analyzed.
