With the development of aerospace industry,the research on the forming of aerospace aluminum parts is more critical.Large aluminum alloy cylinder joints are the key parts of aerospace equipment,but the ability of independent research and development and production of large aluminum alloy tube joints in China is poor.There are a series of problems such as low machining precision,poor surface quality,low production efficiency,high manufacturing cost and so on.It is difficult to meet heavy load and high impact.Based on the method of rolling forming,the rolling process and product quality control of large aluminum alloy tube nozzles are studied in this paper,which provides a solution for improving industrial production efficiency and product quality.Firstly,the hot compression test of 6061 aluminum alloy was carried out on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine,and the deformation resistance model of large aluminum alloy tube was established.A calculation model of rolling force and bending curvature of large aluminum alloy cylinder joints with uneven stress distribution was established,and a reasonable rolling schedule was established on the basis of the model.Then,the rolling process of large aluminum alloy tube knots is simulated based on ABAQUS finite element software.The metal plastic deformation law during the large aluminum alloy tube segment rolling process is studied,and the roll speed,feed speed and barrel opening temperature are further analyzed.The influence of rolling process parameters such as friction coefficient on metal deformation of cylinder joints is discussed,the corresponding measures and control methods are put forward for the roundness control of cylinder nodal and the quality of the end face.Finally,the influence of rolling process on the roundness quality and width of large aluminum alloy thin-walled cylinder is analyzed,and the effects of rolling parameters such as driving roll speed,roll opening temperature and friction coefficient on cylinder roundness are analyzed.At the same time,the influence of driving roll speed,reduction amount and open rolling temperature on the roll width is analyzed,and the optimized technological parameters of cylinder pitch roundness are given,and the improvement measures are put forward to solve the roundness problem in rolling process.
