The two rotation pointing mechanism is a key component on satellites.With the rapid development of Aeronautics and Astronautics,high accuracy requirements are imposed on devices such as space cameras and laser communication satellites that have high-precision pointing and positioning functions.Therefore,it is necessary to study the two-rotation parallel micro-motion pointing mechanism.In view of the high-precision communication and observation requirements in aerospace engineering,a two-rotation precision adjustment shunt micro-motion mechanism with a flexible hinge is proposed this paper.Its main work is described as follows:First,a method of comprehensive rotating flexible hinge is proposed according to the requirement of the flexible rotating mechanism for the use of the rotating flexible hinge.According to the method,several new configurations of active and passive rotating flexible hinges are synthesized.The performance indexes such as the stiffness,rotation accuracy and input-output relationship of the flexible hinge are researched theoretically.The threedimensional model is established for the integrated active and passive rotating flexible hinges.The three-dimensional model is imported into the finite element software for analysis,and the stiffness formulas of active rotating and passive rotating flexible hinges are verified.Second,according to the pointing device's accuracy,stiffness,work space and other indicators,working space and other indicators of the pointing mechanism,a configuration of two-rotation parallel micro-motion mechanism is proposed.Then,the configuration parameters are obtained through optimizing selection.Through these parameters,the integrated flexible hinge is applied to the selected configuration and the rotation of the mechanism is flexed.The mechanism's rigid bar is lightweight designed to make it more in line with the performance requirements of the flexible mechanism.Finally,the model of the two-rotation parallel micro-motion mechanism with flexible hinge is obtained.Then,the kinematics analysis of the new flexible hinge two rotating parallel micro mechanism is carried out,and the positional reverse solution and working space of the mechanism are studied.The various errors of the pointing directions and positioning accuracy of the flexible two rotating mechanism are analyzed and the institutional error model formula is established.Last,the mechanical analysis of the two-rotation precision adjustment parallel micromotion mechanism and the design of control system are fulfilled.According to the pointing position formula of the two rotating parallel micro-mechanism,the pointing accuracy of the mechanism is verified by the finite element method,and the stress and deformation in the motion of the mechanism are calculated.The stress and deformation of the whole mechanism under rated load are analyzed.According to the driving frequency and the possible spatial disturbance,the modal analysis of the mechanism is carried out.
