Reliability is closely related to personal safety and economic benefits.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to reliability research.As a power source in the hydraulic system,the reliability of the hydraulic pump affects the reliability level of the whole system,but at present,there are some problems in the quality of the domestic hydraulic pump compared with the products of the same specification abroad,such as the quality instability,the level of reliability and not the standard.Therefore,it is very important to study the reliability of hydraulic pumps.Piston as the key part of the pump,its reliability determines the working performance of the whole pump.In this paper,the simplified rigid body dynamic model of the axial piston pump is established,the dynamic analysis of the piston is carried out,and the fatigue reliability analysis of the piston is analyzed with the stress intensity interference model,and the efficient and visual calculation column can be used in the calculating the piston dynamic performance and anti fatigue reliability;In view of the randomness of the axial piston pump degradation process,a method based on the comprehensive evaluation index to characterize the degradation process of the pump shell vibration acceleration signal with different levels and different characteristics is proposed.This method can fully and effectively reflect the operation state of the axial piston pump;In view of the large sample in the traditional reliability research,the short time reliability small sample test of port plate and the slip-boots slipper is carried out in this paper.The relationship between the eigenvalues of their degenerate state and the Weibull proportional reliability model is established,and the extracted feature is replaced by the Weibull proportional reliability model to calculate the reliability of the axial piston pump.This method combining effective characteristics with reliability model can effectively evaluate the state of piston pump.
