China's infrastructure development, and required more high-quality construction machinery put into use, engineering machinery hydraulic throughout the hydraulic industry also has become an increasing proportion, and the pump is the heart of the entire hydraulic system, good or bad the quality of hydraulic pump affects the entire hydraulic system can function properly or not. Users of construction machinery are now increasingly demanding high quality, to put forward higher requirements for hydraulic pumps. Modern axial piston pump in terms of its operating parameters, because of its work pressure and speed continues increasing, the noise index requirements become more stringent. The valve plate of the axial piston pump with flow noise is the main noise source, the valve plate design of the advantages or disadvantages for the effect of noise reduction effect is great, such a situation reflected in the high-pressure axial piston pump is more obvious. Can be seen on the axial piston pump with dynamic characteristics of flow field during distribution process of an in-depth and detailed analysis has important significance.In the paper, a Bosch Rexroth Corporation's production of swashplate high-pressure axial piston pump AllVO190 as the research object, in considering the compressibility of hydraulic fluid, through research methods of the flow field of the CFD analysis, flow visualization, as well as a combination of theoretical analysis, completed the following studies:Valve plate triangle damping trough slope angle, deflection angle and negative angle covered impacted the pressure and flow characteristics of axial piston pumps, and swashplate hydraulic torque.Through the above studies, it get: In the high-pressure axial piston pump, the valve plate is structured around 15°of the triangle damping through slope angle,2°-5°of the valve plate deflection angle and the 2°-5°of the valve plate negative angle covered, can get with the ideal flow characteristics; the same time, in the high-pressure axial piston pump, the pressure and flow characteristics of the valve plate structure with negative angle covered, in the same circumstances, in a variety of working conditions, obviously superior than the pressure and flow characteristics of the valve plate structure with positive and zero angle covered, only samller negative effects brought to swashplate hydraulic torque, so long as a reasonable choice a negative angle covered of size, without affecting the assignment volumetric efficiency, not only to maximize control of negative effects to swashplate hydraulic torque, but also to get an ideal pressure and flow characteristics. Obtaining these theoretical and practical conclusions and results of the design structure of the negative plate covered through the studies, which provided ideas and methods for the future with a clear effect of flow noise reduction valve plate structure's design.
