Nowadays,the environment and energy problems are particularly prominent today with advanced technology.Solar energy is rapidly growing into an important alternative to renewable energy.People's demand for clean energy,especially for solar energy,is increasing.Since solar power generation varies from place to place,it changes from time to time,and the use of solar energy has great limitations.Therefore,it has not been applied on a large scale so far.Mobile sun tracking is an effective way to realize large-scale and high-efficiency utilization of solar energy.In order to make solar energy better used and can be applied to mobile platforms,this topic has collected and referenced domestic and foreign sun tracking technical data,made in-depth research on hardware-to-software control strategies,and finally designed a set of applicable to mobile conditions.Under the sun tracking control system.Firstly,the research significance and status quo of the mobile solar tracking system are introduced.The solar energy tracking mechanism and control strategy methods are described and arranged.The various components of the system are analyzed and studied,and the solar tracking control system is proposed.The design requirements for the mobile solar tracking control system are given in the overall structure plan.Secondly,the sun tracking system is mathematically modeled according to the design structure scheme of the mobile sun tracking system,and the intelligent control algorithm applicable to this system is studied and analyzed in detail.After that,the auto-disturbance rejection controller is designed and based on it.The Simulink platform performs simulation verification and comparison of the tracking performance of the system.Moreover,the actual solar tracking control system is designed.The controller hardware includes the selection of the solar sensor,the controller hardware circuit design,the hardware reliability design,and the controller interface and connection.The software part includes the software function requirements.Controller search tracking strategy and software reliability design.The designed solar tracking controller can control the two-axis sun tracking mechanism according to the data of the sun sensor to achieve a wide range of search,fast tracking,and quick recovery after tracking loss.Finally,because the sun tracking system will eventually work on the mobile platform,the solar tracking control system needs to be tested and tested,mainly including the tracking and debugging of the solar sensor,the ground fixed position tracking test,the tracking under the rotating platform,and the on-vehicle tracking test.From the analysis of various test phenomena and data,we can see that the designed mobile solar tracking control system meets the actual requirements,further ensures the reliability of the system,and has important practical significance for the ground mobile sun tracking.
