The safe and reliable of the railway signal control system is the key factor to ensure the railway traffic safety and raise the transportation efficiency.With the rapid development of the computer and the feild bus,the existing working mode is the interlocking machine with safety relays,which can't meet the efficiency of railway signal system.Through the analysis of the traditional control structure,this article puts forward the scheme of centralized management and decentralized control to improve the work efficiency and simplify the operation,which is based on CAN bus,and set up a new intelligent railway control system with intelligent control and man-machine monitoring and operating system.The research is mainly from the following aspects about the intelligent railway control system: the hardware part of the smart node uses the STM32F105 controller as the central processing unit,and integrates the acquisition and detection circuit of electronic switch,signal and track circuit;The software part includes the program design of the interlocking relationship between smart node with the signal device in the station,and the man-machine monitoring interface.According the plan of the Dalian Bay station yard to get the interlocking logic relation of interlocking table and derive the logical expression.At the same time,the monitoring system can monitor the state information of the equipment to make sure the right judgment and operation on time.In order to improve the quality and flexibility of railway signal control system,this article realizes the communication mechanism of the demand configuration and efficient communication by using CANopen,which is based on the research of CANbusprotocol.Finally,using the existing signal equipment in the laboratory to test the control and communication function of the control platform.
