Based on the upgrading projects of the 5 station computers interlocking of the main area of Xinyu Iron & Steel Group, according to the design principles of achieving a large density of traffic safety, maintaining the simple and intuitive objectives, ensuring the advantages of equipment, real-time monitoring the scheduling and others, this paper studies the structure, the system design, the key technologies and the mode of "dual machines equipment" system composition and working rules of railway traffic controlling system of Xinyu Iron & Steel Group.With the in-depth research on Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Company Railway transport production process, this paper analyses the problems in the original railway signaling computer interlocking system, and finds a basis for computer interlocking system design plan.Under the principles of generality, reliability and progressiveness, and based on the principle of system must follow the "hitch-safety (which means and requires the railway signal equipment or systems automatically guided the consequences to the safety side once it occurred hitches, preventing catastrophic results)", this paper propounds the overall conduct of the design to the Computer interlocking system, mainly contains the design for the hardware and the software of the computer interlocking system, while the hardware design including hardware design, interface with the channel design, redundant architecture design, dual reserve system design and interface circuit design. Besides of which, it also studies the interlock data, software logic classification, interlock control program and its task scheduling ways.After learning from the case of Siemens S7 Industrial software implementing three types of human-machine interface (HMI), the author designed the Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Company railway signal microcomputer interlocking control system PLC microcomputer lower machine configuration which can be expanded with expansion of the station 6502 as well as designed and implemented the Ethernet and scheduling oversight system of the Transport Ministry Xinyu Iron & Steel Group.The author discusses that the software system need to achieve five areas of functionality; studies the overall structure of the computer interlocking software; the basic modules interlock control procedures and task scheduling methods; as well as the key parts of the processes command execution modules and sub-modules items process.Finally, the writer designed and implemented the system of Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Company railway signal microcomputer interlocking. Uninterrupted operation so far of which, the system, of good stability, has been passing the functional tests, meeting the demand of the site.
