With the rapid development of China’s high-speed EMU and the increasing demand for production,the domestic major locomotives factories are doing their best to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost.At present,the process of debugging a single train and vehicle testing is complex before the domestic EMU leave the factory,and most of it is completed by the commissioning workers,which is difficult to achieve an efficient and reasonable operation process.The EMU debugging device is created to complete the EMU production line and provide a more efficient process.In the debugging of a single train in high-speed EMU,because there is no master device to build network system,therefore,this design adopts the master equipment of Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)to do the main control board of EMU intelligent debugging equipment,MVB master equipment is connected to single train by MVB,build a communication network,achieve debugging of vehicle function.As for the demand of single train debugging site,the design have strict demands in the stability,reliability and product quality,by having several discussions with commissioning workers of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.EMU to gain a deep understanding of the problems encountered in debugging.And finally achieve efficient and reasonable operation process.The development of single train debugging equipment at home and abroad was analyzed,briefly describes the basic principles of multi-purpose vehicle bus(MVB).And then clear the EMU intelligent debugging equipment hardware and software design needs,through the design requirements to develop hardware and software to achieve the program,according to the design program to build hardware equipment,and the progressive realization of software functions.And finally through the field test to adjust and improve the design of the shortcomings.
