With the continuous development and improvement of the high-speed railway technology,the reliability of the pantograph mechanical structure has been paid more and more attention by the engineers.The research on the reliability of the pantograph equipment is very important for the modern electrified high-speed railway.If the traditional two state reliability theory is used to study the complex multistate pantograph system,the analysis results will not be consistent with the actual operation of the pantograph.In this paper,the reliability of the mechanical structure of the pantograph is analyzed and the limitation of the traditional two state reliability research is broken.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)The mechanical structure of the pantograph is analyzed by FMEA,and the weak link of the mechanical structure is found out.From the static point of view,the static strength analysis of pantograph using HyperMesh and ANSYS software,obtained by the maximum mechanical structure of pantograph average stress,maximum displacement and position,again determined by the key parts of the mechanical structure of the pantograph,and hardware FMEA analysis results,finally determined by the key parts of machinery the structure of the pantograph.(2)The pantograph head assembly is a repairable multistate system,multistate reliability analysis of pantograph head system of unit and system level using continuous time Markov model,the availability of a variety of state probability distribution function,the task level and instantaneous performance value.(3)In view of the multiple faults of the connection system of the lower arm of the pantograph,the method of multivalued decision diagram and logical partial derivative is proposed.For the lower arm rod connecting Birnbaum components subsystem importance and structure importance,Fussell-Vesely importance and reliability results of important value degree and decrease the reliability of important value,to determine the degree of influence of a state of a component and component of the system state,for the engineering design of reliability design of pantograph,link analysis safety assessment and maintenance personnel on the use of pantograph maintenance diagnosis and provide a theoretical basis for the link.(4)Using VB and Matlab software developed by mechanical and structural reliability analysis of multistate arch,the software VB is used to create a graphical user interface,using Matlab as a function of the program running in the background.performance of human-computer interaction is good.The software has the pantograph hardware FMEA analysis,static strength results show,continuous time Markov and multivalued decision diagram calculation module,which solves the problem that it is difficult to solve because of the large number of data or the multivariate differential equation.
