This article takes a pure electric vehicle as the research object and studies the matching of dynamic system parameters.Through the analysis of the core contents of the whole vehicle's sports mechanics characteristics,influencing factors of vehicle performance,power system parameter matching method,shift schedule,and global optimization of power system parameters are analyzed.Establish a co-simulation platform and verify its rationality,and then analyze and verify the correctness and rationality of component selection and optimization design.The main contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the layout structure and powertrain components of pure electric vehicles,the global optimization ideas was determined.Based on the theoretical basis of the sports mechanics of the vehicle,the dynamic and economy are taken as the focus of this article.At the same time,it takes the three aspects of vehicle attribute parameters,driving conditions and drive train as the starting point.By analyzing these impacts on the performance of the entire vehicle,the sensitivity ranking of the three impacts on energy consumption and the necessity of selecting various driving conditions for analysis are obtained.Provide clear direction for parameter matching of power system.(2)Based on the entire vehicle energy transfer,meet the performance design targets.Formulate preliminary matching methods for power system parameters.Consider the parameters matching of motor,battery pack and drive train from two aspects of dynamic and economical performance;ensure the rationality of preliminary matching parameters.According to the selection result,utilize motor characteristic data to formulate the shift schedule.(3)Based on the established model building process.Based on the Cruise platform,a powertrain component model,a transmission system component model,and a corresponding control unit model are built,establishing vehicle and shift control strategy through Matlab.Solve the problems in the Cruise model,implement Cruise-Matlab/Simulink co-simulation,and verify the rationality of the model.(4)This paper uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to match the dynamic system parameters and achieve the goal of global optimization.Taking the vehicle economy as the objective function and coupling between dynamical performance and various parameters as constraints,edit the improved particle swarm algorithm M file in Matlab.Using the global optimization characteristics of the algorithm,the optimal dynamical system parameter combinations are sought.Comparison of simulation results before and after optimization.The results show that it can effectively improve the performance of the vehicle,verify the feasibility of the optimization method,and have certain reference value for the parameter matching process of the power system.
