The Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT)was taken as the research object.Aiming at the impact problem of the AMT during gear shift process,A mechanical automatic transmission based on planetary is proposed,The principle,working process and parameters of the structure are introduced in detail.Finally,In order to verify the feasibility of the structure,the simulation software is used to complete the numerical simulation of the structure,The main research were as follows:(1)Combined with the transfer characteristics of planetary,P-AMT(Planetary Automatic Machincal Transmission)was proposed,According to the transmission principle of multi-stage gear pair,the transmission ratio of gears at all levels is determined,and then the transmission ratio of primary planetary gear train is determined by the look-up table method.The planetary gear train teeth are determined by checking the strength and rigidity of the gear.Finally,determine the parameters of other gear using parallel axis gear parameter calculation methods.(2)Simplify the transmission system and establish a dynamic model of the vehicle.the dynamic equations in the AMT,non-separable clutch AMT and P-AMT shifting processes are established separately,In order to discuss influencing factors of the shift quality,a mathematical expression ofevaluation indicators was deduced.The shift process of P-AMT is analyzed and the shift control strategy of P-AMT is established.(3)Using the simulation and analysis software AVL CRUISE,a vehicle simulation model including the traditional AMT,the non-detached clutch AMT and the P-AMT was established.A corresponding shift control strategy was built in MATLAB/Simulink.The joint simulation was used to realize the quantitative calculation of shift time,impact degree and sliding friction.(4)Verify the rationality of Modeling method and parameter selection through AMT simulation results,The conclusion of the comparative analysis of AMT,non-split clutch AMT and P-AMT simulation results:P-AMT is superior to AMT in shift impact and sliding friction;Better than non-disengaging clutch AMT in shift time and shift impact.
