Frequency is one of the three major indicators of power quality.The power system frequency reflects the balance between the active power and the load.However,the load changes can cause the changes of the frequency and the transmission power,which is transmitted through the tie-line in the interconnected grid system,thus the frequency is offset;and this offset will cause imbalance between the active power and the load in the system,and threaten the stable operation of power grid ultimately.Therefore,maintaining frequency stability is an important topic in the research on power system.For this issue,the main work in this dissertation is as follows:1)First,the frequency control method in the power system is introduced.Through the introduction of secondary frequency modulation,automatic generation control(AGC)was introduced and introduced.At the same time,based on the analysis of three frequency control methods under a single regional power grid,the multi-area interconnected power grid was adopted.Comparing the six kinds of control modes,the conclusion is that the grid frequency control effect is the best in the TBC-TBC control mode.2)Then,the AGC strategy and the system performance evaluation are expounded.It is pointed out that the effect of frequency control is different under different evaluation methods.Based on the control strategy of automatic generation control and the system performance evaluation,it is pointed out that the effect of frequency control is different under different evaluation methods.3)Finally,for the shortcomings of traditional "AGC controller",the fuzzy immune PI controller is designed and applied to the TBC-TBC model on the basis of meeting the current CPS evaluation standard,which is used in the power grid.It is concluded from the simulation results that the fuzzy immune PI controller can improve the system dynamic performance,enhance the resistance of the interconnected system to the disturbance load,and reduce the frequency offset.In this dissertation,for the frequency control strategy of interconnected power grids,through the construction of the system model and the related simulation research,the further optimization of the traditional "AGC controller" is realized,which provides a new method and idea for the long-term stable operation of the power grid.
