With the rapid development of the stone industry,the requirement of CNC machining equipment is higher and higher.However,the speed of communication is a major factor restricting its development.To solve this problem and improve the performance of CNC(computer numerical conrol)system,it is raised as an object of study to exploit an CNC system based on the field bus.In this paper,the content of the CNC system is studied in combination with YASKAWA MP2100 motion control card.First,study the motion control card MP2100 based on MECHATROLINK-II field bus.The greatest strength of MP2100 is the fast transmission speed.Through the study of the construction of its environment and the principle of internal motion control,the motion control program based on field bus is finally developed.Follow by,study circular interpolation on basis of vector.Compared with the traditional algorithm,it has the characteristics of simple calculation,high efficiency,and satisfactory machining accuracy.And a polynomial Acceleration-Deceleration control method which base on s-curve Acceleration-Deceleration is proposed.its main feature is the improvement of the acceleration phase of the s-curve.It is used to solve the problem of mutation in acceleration,and reduce the vibration of machine tool in the process,thus improving the machining precision of the product.Next,Analyze file import module from four aspects as follows: NC code analysis,DXF graphic extraction,graphic sorting and graphic outline direction judging.Read each field value by scanning and analyzing the program section.The graph information is extracted by scanning file according to the group code-group code value.The graph is ordered according to the equality principle of the first and end coordinates of adjacent paragraphs.Use the vectorization method to judge and deal with the contour direction.Then,a reverse order judgment migration algorithm is proposed.From the back,each of these trajectories are going to tell each other whether they're intersecting,If they're intersecting,we're going to abandon the intersection.It can effectively solve the offset trajectory interference problem when the offset trajectory is too small and the offset is too large.Therefore,the accuracy of graphical offset is improved.Last but not least,developed a complete CNC system for grinding machine.including file import parsing module,graphic migration processing module,processing control module and the simulation module.And test run on machine tool.The experimental results show that the algorithm guarantees the continuity of speed and acceleration and the flexibility of the system.
