With the increase of the residents' travel demand,the structure of urban road network is gradually mature,and the spatial and temporal distribution of traffic travel demand is becoming more complex.The traffic congestion caused by the imbalance between supply and demand of urban road traffic resources is becoming more and more serious.At present,some cities have a trend of continuous increase of traffic peak time and the expansion of congestion.Traffic congestion has become a problem that can not be ignored in reducing residents' travel efficiency,reducing people's quality of life and affecting driving safety.Therefore,the scientific,timely and effective evaluation of the state of road traffic operation and the development of the state evolution of urban road network is of great significance for the macro control of government departments and the decision making of traffic users.In order to alleviate urban traffic congestion,this paper combines the method of real-time evaluation and mathematical statistics,combined with the data of the traffic flow,and discusses the processing of the basic data of the traffic flow,the estimate of the speed of the road travel,the comprehensive evaluation of the state of the road operation and the law of the temporal and spatial correlation of the road.Research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the data acquisition technology of dynamic traffic flow,this paper is based on the data collected by the card and the floating car.In view of the absence of the collected data,a missing data repair model based on the data smoothing and interpolation is proposed to restore the missing traffic flow data,and is illustrated by an example.The method of the model is used and the feasibility of the model is verified.Secondly,we define the meaning of the traffic state in this paper,take the link travel speed and the link flow as the full text evaluation parameters of the traffic state,and carry on the follow-up study.In view of the data collected from multi source traffic flow,an adaptive weighted average fusion model of link travel speed is proposed,which provides a way of thinking for the fusion of multi source data.Then,using the agglomerative hierarchical clustering method,two evaluation indexes of section flow and road travel speed are divided,and the different grades of evaluation indexes are determined.In order to synthetically evaluate the running state of urban roads and sections,according to the fuzzy entropy theory and the grade interval of evaluation index,the calculation model of comprehensive evaluation index and road comprehensive evaluation index is put forward,and the calculation method of the model is illustrated with an example.Finally,in order to explore the state evolution law of urban regional road network,based on the spatio-temporal correlation of urban road network,based on the time and space Moran'? index,in view of the lack of consideration of the spatial weight matrix at the present stage,a method of constructing the spatial weight matrix with the consideration of the correction of multiple factors is proposed,according to the traffic state of the section.In order to provide a scientific basis for the traffic managers to make decisions,the evolution law of the urban roads is divided into six types,and the temporal and spatial characteristics of their running state are pointed out,so as to provide a scientific basis for the traffic managers to make decisions and to provide the traffic users with the choice of travel route choice.
