With the rapid development of economy, the amount and type of road car is also more and more, the phenomenon of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.To evaluate road traffic condition, road traffic status information, to provide traffic participants and managers, to ease traffic congestion, and maintain the stability of the traffic is has very important significance.So in order to better evaluation of urban road traffic condition, study from the following contents:First of all, the first chapter of traffic conditions at home and abroad and the basis of identifying traffic levels do some is introduced, and the full technical route;On urban road traffic state again the second chapter introduces some basic knowledge, evaluation steps are given and the method of combining advantages of instructions, then give judgment is introduced to determine evaluation index of traffic flow parameters, determine this article focuses on the evaluate the state of traffic on the roads and intersections.Second, the third chapter is the evaluation of several kinds of commonly used evaluation method of urban road traffic state(such as data envelopment analysis(dea), cloud model, TOPSIS method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation) were studied.Learned that for the selection of evaluation indexes, unfavorable choose data envelopment analysis(dea) method is applied to evaluate and cloud model, the TOPSIS method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight of this problem is difficult, which leads to the fourth chapter influence on several kinds of commonly used to determine evaluation index weights method(such as principal component analysis method, entropy weight method, hierarchical analysis method).Again, the fifth chapter is the TOPSIS method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the combination of several methods of determining the weight of applied research, finally determine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with hierarchy analysis method to determine the weight method to evaluation area for research.Example results show that the intersection of the evaluation of traffic state occupy larger weights.At the same time, the average values of weights than four calculation methods to calculate weight of the obtained value alone more reasonable science.The rationality and practicability of the method has been verified.Finally, the sixth chapter is to the advantage of the various methods and is not applicable to this paper summarize the cause of the evaluation objects, and elaborates the outlook for the next step of research.
