The electrical servo system has been widely applied and researched in all walks of life with its advantages of fast dynamic response and high precision.The rapid response permanent magnet synchronous motor is favored by the servo system research and development field for its advantages of high power density,stable output torque,and high control precision.And now it has become the mainstream of servo systems.This paper aims at improving the torque response capability,response speed and reducing the torque ripple and loss of rapid response PMSM.The file-circuit combination method is used to design the rapid response PMSM.Based on this,the main dimensions of the motor were determined.The finite element calculation was performed for the working conditions of the rapid response PMSM and the electromagnetic field distribution inside the motor was studied.The influence of the relevant structural parameters of the motor on the motor torque output capability,cogging torque and torque ripple was analyzed,and the relevant laws were summarized.It provides optimization ideas for the torque output capability and smooth running of the rapid response PMSM.A method of suppressing the response speed of the rapid response PMSM by optimizing the structure of the motor body is proposed.The effect of stator slot width,tooth width,and polar arc coefficient of the permanent magnet on the phase inductance was analyzed by the finite element method.The results of the study show that when the stator slot width is large and the tooth width is narrow,the phase inductance has a good inhibitory effect.On this basis,the simulation of the motor operating conditions was carried out,and the steady-state static performance and dynamic response performance met the relevant indicators.A method of rapid response PMSM loss suppression from the perspective of the motor body was proposed.Through the combination of analytical calculation and finite element analysis,the influence of relevant structural parameters on the motor loss is analyzed.The results of the study show that the motor loss shows a regular variation with the width of the teeth,the width of the notch,and the arc-arc coefficient.And there are specific combinations of structural parameters that result in the motor producing minimal losses.Based on the above work,the temperature rise of the rapid response PMSM is calculated.The temperature field model was established for the working condition of the motor and the temperature rise is calculated.Based on this,the related factors of rapid response PMSM are studied,and the influence of the flow rate of the casing material and the external fluid on the temperature rise of the rapid response PMSM is analyzed.The results show that the shell material has a certain influence on the temperature rise of the motor,and the temperature rise decreases with the increase of the air flow rate,but the speed of the temperature decrease gradually slows down.
