High pressure seal rotary joint is of great value in many fields.It can make operators in the comfortable space to explore many fields full of dangerous media.In view of the high pressure seal rotary joint,a variety of design schemes have been put forward for the seventh 0 two Institute of medium ship heavy workers,which have completed many rounds of research work,basically solving the reliability problems of the joint rotating seal and emergency self sealing.But in order to further reduce the rotation torque of the large joint,it is necessary to further the joint.Research.On the basis of the Research Institute,this paper makes the optimization design for the joint,and the key parts of the joint are tested and analyzed.Finally,the experimental research on the whole joint is carried out.Aiming at the new high pressure seal rotary joint,the strength and stiffness of each component under rated working condition were analyzed by Abaqus.The sealing system of the joint was designed,and the conventional seal state and emergency self sealing O ring were analyzed by ANSYS software,and the reliability of the seal was verified.The design and bearing capacity and bearing displacement of the joint bearing are calculated,and the reliability of the design is verified.The choice of material for dynamic sealing and matching materials is analyzed,and the friction state and leakage state of the sealing contact end face are analyzed.The contact creep analysis of the polytetrafluoroethylene ring was carried out,the change of contact pressure distribution and the embedded depth during the creep process were studied,and the sealing structure of the blade was optimized.The test of the friction moment of the blade is designed,and the comparative analysis is made on the pure polytetrafluoroethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene modified polytetrafluoroethylene.The relationship between the corner structure of the blade and the influence of the creep of polytetrafluoroethylene on the friction moment is compared.In this paper,the test of the wedge bearing stiffness test and the clearance adjustment and measurement experiment are designed.The feasibility of adjusting the clearance scheme of the bearing is verified,and the clearance of the joint bearing is optimized with the rotating torque as the evaluation standard.The measurements of the offset measurement under the axial bearing of the bearing,the displacement measurement under the action of the overturning moment and the simultaneous action of the axial radial bearing capacity are designed,and the performance test and analysis of the bearings under the optimal clearance are carried out.The rotating joint components are completed in the manufacturing and assembly,and the test experiment on the sealing and closing force of the mouth seal is designed,and the relationship between the initial sealing force of the blade and the assembly displacement is obtained.A static pressure retaining experiment is designed,and the relationship between the leakage and the spring pressure is obtained.A dynamic pressure keeping experiment was designed,and the leakage and joint rotation torque were obtained.An emergency self sealing experiment was designed,and the emergency self sealing performance parameters of joints were obtained.
