With the official announcement of the National Neighborhood Policy,closed residential communities will gradually open up and a large number of social vehicles will walk through the community,causing more serious traffic noise problems.In order to improve the impact of internal traffic noise on neighborhoods in neighborhoods,traffic noise prediction is a prerequisite for effective measures to reduce traffic noise.Therefore,combining the characteristics of small cell traffic,low speed,no passage of large vehicles,and prominent whistle phenomenon in the existing neighborhoods,this paper respectively studied the improvement of traffic noise source prediction model and traffic noise propagation model,and took Xuanqing District of Harbin as an example.In view of the research on the prediction model of traffic noise intensity in residential communities,the paper starts with the basic formula of the radiated noise level of bicycles,and changes the assumptions that the vehicle's uniform speed is reached and travel time is long enough.Combining the actual conditions of the small-area residential community with low traffic and low speed,the traffic flow on the road is divided into two parts,and the impact of traffic noise at each reference point on each road section is refined.The final prediction model is obtained through the noise superposition formula.For the sake of calculation,based on the above research,a simplified formula was proposed,and based on the actual investigation results,the simplified formula coefficients were calibrated.Through the variance test,it was verified that the model fitting effect was very well.Based on the study of traffic noise propagation model in neighborhoods,the paper divides it into traffic noise attenuation and traffic noise propagation correction.The traffic noise propagation attenuation not only considers the attenuation of the ground absorption and distance,but also combines the acoustic principles,establishes the acoustic wave reflection attenuation equation,refines the acoustic energy changes in the sound wave propagation process,and proposes the acoustic wave reflection attenuation.In the traffic noise propagation correction,not only the correction of road types and limited-length road sections was considered,but also the experiments concerning the impact of vehicle whistle on traffic noise were carried out in response to the prominent phenomenon of whistle siren in neighborhoods.The model's horn correction value.Through the research of this paper,a traffic noise survey program for neighborhood-based communities was developed,and the classification of medium-sized vehicles,small-sized vehicles,and electric vehicles was proposed.Combining the traffic flow characteristics of neighborhoods in the neighborhood,a model for predicting the intensity of traffic noise sources was obtained.Based on the experimental data,a simplified calculation formula for the source strength model was constructed;considering traffic noise propagation attenuation and propagation correction,a traffic noise propagation model was obtained.The above research results improve the prediction accuracy of the traffic noise prediction model for neighborhood-based communities,and provide data support for traffic management and decision-making in the development and management of neighborhood-based communities.
