In the 80 s ~ 90 s of the 20 th century,the gas station construction in quantity,scale,technical equipment has entered into a rapid development period in our country.As an important part of gas station,Gas station awning grid both from use function and safety aspects presented play an important role.In recent years,there were a lot of gas grids collapse caused by snow load in north-east China,and it caused losses to people’s lives and property.It is concerned of the safety of current situation of Gas stations’ space truss structure.Under this background,this article has carried on the research to the following content.1.Investigation on Safety Status of Shelter Structure in Gas Station.Nearly 300 stations in the three provinces in north-east China were surveyed by using the canopy grid as the sample.During the survey,the emphasis was put on the layout of the canopy structure,component size,connection of joints,high-strength bolt torque,weld quality,coating quality,The use of the process of performance degradation and damage,the current status of shelter and other structural safety related to the key items of testing and investigation of the quality of the shelter installation of a comprehensive analysis of the assessment to find problems,analyze the causes of the problem,the gas station shelter grid security Status quo classification summary.2.Study on the Method of Detecting and Identifying the Structure of Gas station awning grid.Study on the common structural forms of tent grids for gas stations.Based on the relevant national norms,and combined with the field test data to tent structure checking.According to the results of the field appearance inspection and the design checking result,the safety status of the steel tent of the gas station is evaluated.Summarize the method of detection and identification of shelter rack at gas station,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the gas station safety reform.The suggestion of reconstruction is proposed based on the actual situation of the project.At last,the applicability of the detection and identification method is enumerated by the engineering test.3.Study on Reinforcement Method of Gas station awning grid.According to the widespread defects of processing and manufacturing defects,construction problems,environmental loads,corrosion effects and material aging,natural disasters and other factors that affect the safe use of grid structure of gas station shelter grid system;for different defects proposed targeted Reinforcement design method.Taking the practical engineering case as an example,the design method and project implementation essentials of gas station shelter shed structure are expounded to verify the operability and economy of the reinforcement design method.
