Spaceflight remote sensing has obtained a great deal of important information in military,meteorological and ecomomic fields.With the continuous development of space remote sensing technology,the future remote sensing system must be large and lightweight.Remote sensing camera optical installation platform as an important part of aerospace optical application system,its lightweight design has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Carbon/epoxy composite has many advantages,such as high specific modulus and specific strength,low expansion,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in spacecraft structures.However,few applications have been reported in the design of optical installation platform for remote sensing cameras.In addition,optical installation platform as an important bearing structure of remote sensing camera,its configuration,process and related performance verification is the key factor to consider when composite material is applied to the platform installation.In veiw of this,this paper will study the structure design and molding technology of the optical installation platform of remote sensing camera.The main research contents are as follows.The structure of an optical installation platform for a remote sensing camera is proposed.By analyzing the structural characteristics and performance of optical installation platform of a remote sensing camera,the honeycomb sandwich structure scheme is adopted,and the structural stiffness and dimensional stability are analyzed,and the high modulus carbon fiber is selected as the panel material.From the analysis of structural stiffness and process angle,preferably carbon fiber composite I-beam frame as reinforcing structure,designed a new type of optical platform installation structure of embedded I-beam frame carbon fiber composite panel aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure,so that the weight of target product.The structural parameters of an optical installation platform for a remote sensing camera are studied.By establishing the finite element model of the honeycomb sandwich structure for the optical installation platform of the camera,the structural parameters of the carbon fiber composite panel,I-beam and aluminum honeycomb are determined,and the strength check of the struture under dynamic and static load is completed by sinusoidal analysis and overload analysis.The results show that the embedded I-beam honeycomb sandwich structure has good stiffness and strength,and the value of structural parameters is applicable.The structure forming process of an optical installation platform for a remote sensing camera is formulated.Through analysis of optical installation platform characteristics of honeycomb sandwich structure,the formulation of reasonable technological process and the use of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)to the resin.Through thermal analysis,the curing parameters of resin are determined,the characteristics of the I-beam frame structure are analyzed,and the molding process method is worked out,and the structure of camera optical installation platform is realized.With furnace specinens and the vibration test of a remote sensing camera optical performance by testing the installation platform structure of honeycomb sandwich structure with fumace specimens and camera vibration test based on the feasibility verification platform structure selection,installation of optical material structure design,simulation and forming process.In this paper,the installation of platform structure design and molding technology of the honeycomb optical remote sensing camera,designed a new embedded I-beam frame honeycomb sandwich structure,and on the basis of optimized structure parameters and performance,implementation of the new structure of product development,reached a lightweight structure,laid the foundation for such install optical platform structure design,development and application.
