| With the development of space technology,micro-satellites become the focus of attention.Complicated orbital thermal environment causes low thermal inertia of micro-satellites,and highly integrated electronic equipment makes the interior of the satellite have high heat flux density,which challenges the traditional method of heat analysis.In order to accurately solve the transient temperature distribution of the satellite,the thermal analysis process of the satellite is studied in detail and the corresponding thermal analysis modeling software is developed.Firstly,this paper studies the attitude modeling of the satellite,determines the Earth shadow region according to the orbit parameter and the Attitude transformation information,and then determines the relative position relation between the satellite,the Earth and the sun,and then studies the calculation method of the external heat flux of the outer surface of the satellite.Then,based on Open FOAM,a solver which accords with the requirement of satellite heat transfer modeling is developed,which can deal with the problems of contact resistance,thin layer and local heat leakage,and then integrate each module to form a complete thermal analysis software.Finally,using the thermal analysis software developed in this paper,the thermal analysis of the specific satellite model is carried out,the external heat flux distribution and the transient temperature distribution of the whole planet are solved,and the external heat flux distribution is analyzed,and the results show that the distribution of heat flux is closely related to the attitude of satellite.The occlusion effect between the structures can significantly affect the distribution of the external heat flux.The characteristics of the satellite and the temperature of the characteristic point are analyzed,and the results show that the temperature distribution is influenced by the external heat flux,and the temperature value of different positions is related to the radiation heat transfer in the same condition.The occlusion effect can cause the mutation of local temperature value to change rapidly.The temperature of a single machine is related to its thermal power and the radiation heat transfer around it. |
