During the design process of marine steam turbine-generator set,in addition to considering the power and efficiency,the overall structure of the strength check is also very important.Maritime environment is complex and changeable;storm impact and marine body stand swing will greatly influence the safety operation of the steam turbine–generator set;also relates to the lifetime is strong or weak.It is very significant to carry out the response research of this type of equipment under the impact load condition.Firstly,this paper divides the rotor strength into four conditions: general condition,inclined condition,swing condition and impact condition.I t is used to simulate four kinds of actual working environment for steam turbine which may be experienced on the warships.General condition is the condition which is affected by gravity.Inclined condition includes lateral inclination and longitudinal inclination.Swing condition includes lateral swing and longitudinal swing.Analyze the above conditions in the overall coordinate system and the local coordinate system.Secondly,research the structural strength and impact performance of the rotor under the complex sea conditions.Pretreatment,meshing generation and load applied on every condition are performed on the rotor geometric model to analyze the rotor static intensity and impact strength.The maximum stress and dangerous points of all working conditions are analyzed.The conclusion is whether in the static strength or in the impact strength condition,the design of whole rotor can meet the stress requirement.Research on the overall structure of the strength and shock resistance performance of steam turbine under the complex conditions.The overall 3D modeling of overall model,meshing generation,constraint boundary conditions and load applied are performed.The maximum stress and dangerous points of all working conditions are worked out under every working condition.It is verified that the overall structure of the turbine can meet the requirement.Build shafting kinetic equation based on Timoshenko Beam model,critical speed of unit shaft is obtained by simulation and the shafting stability is worked out.Finally,this paper verifies the feasibility and reliability of the overall configuration scheme of offshore turbine-generator set.
