Ecotourism-oriented Research On Ecological Suitability Evaluation In Langxiang Town

In the process of rapid industrialization and small urbanization,due to the intensive human activities,rapid structural growth and industrial development of high material consumption,the threat effect to the ecological environment of small towns in the forest zone plays with a positive feedback;In the meanwhile,the development of mass tourism poses a great threat to the ecological environment,causing the ecological resources and environment of small towns with good ecological base originally to be destroyed.As a reflection and response to the contradiction between tourism development and environmental protection,as well as the change of industrial structure and development mode of forest small towns,ecotourism emerges as the times require.The aim of applying ecological suitability evaluation to the development of ecotourism is that exploring the way to solve the problem of ecological tourism,guiding the reasonable ecotourism zoning strategies with the evaluation result to the forest small towns,and improving the scientificity of the tourism planning.This paper attempts to study ecological suitability of ecotourism development in a typical northeast small town-Lang Xiang town and explore the strategies of ecotourism and resource protection from the perspective of the tourism development,applying the principle and analysis method of sustainable development and ecological evaluation.On the basis of the study and the summary of the natural environment,economy,society and ecotourism development of Lang Xiang town,the domain factors of ecotourism development in Lang Xiang town are extracted from 3 major ecological indexes including ecotourism resources,ecological environment,development and utilization conditions.And the evaluation index system is established.Among the process of the evaluation of the ecological suitability,the single factor evaluation is calculated to obtaining the final result according to the established evaluation index system and the single factor evaluation model.It is concluded that there is no obvious polarizing pattern of the ecological suitability in Lang Xiang town,and the overall performance of the spatial numerical layout is like "a spindle ".The protective development strategies for districs are put forward in Lang Xiang town including ecotourism restricted area,ecotourism moderate area and ecotourism development area.The strategies for developing ecotourism functional areas are proposed from the following 4 aspects: the guide of partition control,the ecotourism development items,the construction of ecotourism facilities with low impact and the guarantee of ecotourism development.To sum up,following the concept of sustainable development,the ecological suitability evaluation system to the northeast small forest town-Lang Xiang town is constructed.On the basis of the evaluation and the analysis to the single factor and the multifacor,the space strategies about the development of ecological tourism are putting forward,which guide the sustainable development of eco-tourism in northeast forest town.
